Before Your Trading Fitness Session — Do This First

Your Trading Fitness session is 2 hours, live, on Zoom, with a real chart open.
That is a short window. It is far too valuable to spend on "Sir, indicator kaise add karein?"
Come prepared, and the entire session becomes about trading — not about buttons.
This page gives you the two things you need before we meet:
The Lesson Plan PDF — download it and read it.
The AI ANT setup walkthrough — add it to your chart in under 10 minutes.
Do both. Then show up with your chart already breathing.
📥 Step 1 — Download Your Lesson Plan
The Lesson Plan is your session roadmap. It tells you exactly what we will cover, what you need open in front of you, and what you are expected to practise afterwards.
What's inside:
🎯 The objective — get you to your first paper trade, not your first "tip".
🧰 The materials you need: TradingView, AI ANT, and a paper trade journal.
🪜 The five-step procedure, from setup to writing down your experience.
📸 Screen-by-screen TradingView settings — Symbol, Status Line, Scales, Canvas, Trading, Alerts and Events.
Print it if you like. Traders who keep a physical copy next to the screen finish the first week faster.
🐜 Step 2 — Add AI ANT to Your TradingView Chart
AI ANT is an invite-only script. It will not appear in a public search on TradingView. It shows up in your account only once your subscription is active and your TradingView username has been enabled by us.
2.1 — Set Your Time Frame
Open TradingView and load a chart. Set the time frame to 30 minutes. For learning, these are the four we work with:
Time Frame | Use it for |
1 Day | Swing view, positional stocks |
30 Min | 👈 Recommended starting point |
15 Min | Faster intraday |
5 Min | Advanced only — not for week one |
2.2 — Open the Indicators Menu
Click Indicators on the top toolbar.
2.3 — Go to Invite-only
In the left panel of the Indicators window, click Invite-only.
⚠️ This section fills up only when your payment is complete and AI ANT has been enabled against your TradingView username. If the list is empty, your account is not enabled yet — message us and we will fix it.

2.4 — Click Smart AI ANT 3.0
In the invite-only list you will see a few scripts published by JayeshBoradia. The one you want is Smart AI ANT 3.0.
2.5 — Confirm It Loaded
Look at the top-left of your chart. You should see the AI ANT label sitting under the symbol name. On the chart itself you will start seeing coloured labels — Entry, Basic, Smart, Professional, Greedy, Live P&L, and a Sideways box when the market is going nowhere.
That's it. Your Visual Financial GPS is live.

⚙️ Step 3 — Match Your Chart Settings
This is the step most people skip, and then wonder why their chart looks different from the one on screen during the session.
Open Settings (the gear icon on the right side of the chart) and match all seven tabs to the screenshots in the Lesson Plan PDF:
Tab | What it controls |
Symbol | Candle colours, session, timezone — set UTC+5:30 Kolkata |
Status Line | What information sits above your chart |
Scales and Lines | Price labels, high/low lines, countdown to bar close |
Canvas | White background, grid lines, margins |
Trading | Buy/sell buttons, one-click trading, P&L display |
Alerts | Alert lines and notification behaviour |
Events | Dividends, splits, earnings, session breaks |
💡 Pro tip: Once your settings are correct, save them as a Template. Next time you open a new chart, apply the template and you are set up in two seconds.
📓 Step 4 — Set Up Your Paper Trade Journal
We do not start with real money. We start with paper. You have two options:
Option A — Digital: A simple Google Sheet or Excel file. Columns: Date, Script, Time Frame, Signal, Entry, SL, Target, Exit, P&L — and one column that matters more than all the others: "Did I follow the rule?"
Option B — Handwritten: An actual notebook. Old school. And honestly, for the first two weeks, we recommend this one. Writing by hand slows you down, and slowing down is the entire point of Trading Fitness.
Pick one before the session. Have it open.
🎯 Step 5 — Your Pre-Session Homework
Come to the session having done this at least twice:
Add 3 stocks to your TradingView watchlist — pick from the day's most traded names.
Load each one on the 30-minute and 1-day time frames with AI ANT applied.
Observe only. Do not trade. Just read what the chart is telling you.
Write down what you saw in your journal.
📸 Take a screenshot of anything that confused you — bring those screenshots to the session.
That last point is where the real learning happens. Your confusion is our agenda.
🧠 Quick Refresher — Reading the GPS
You will get the full framework in the session, but keep these four in your head while you observe:
🟢 Trending — strong direction, trade with the trend.
🟠 Consolidating — range, wait for the breakout.
🔴 Choppy — unstable, reduce size or stay out.
📦 Sideways label — do not trade. Full stop.
Market doesn't reward knowledge. It rewards discipline.
AI ANT does not trade for you. It shows you the path. You still have to walk it.
✅ Your Pre-Session Checklist
Tick all six before you join the Zoom:
☐ Lesson Plan PDF downloaded and read
☐ TradingView account logged in and working
☐ AI ANT visible under Invite-only and applied to a chart
☐ All seven Settings tabs matched and saved as a template
☐ Paper trade journal ready — sheet or notebook
☐ 3 stocks in watchlist plus observation screenshots taken
Six ticks means we spend the full two hours on your trading, not on setup.
🆘 Stuck Anywhere?
