DigitalCARE Agreement
This Agreement is made between Reliable Smart Service, herein referred to as "Service Provider," and the "Subscriber," who has opted for a monthly data recovery Digital Care plan.
1. Digital Care Plans
The Subscriber agrees to enroll in one of the monthly plans:

2 SATA/SSD 7,000
5 SATA/SSD 15,000
10 SATA/SSD 25,000
Prices are exclusive to drives of up to 1TB in size and Windows OS.
2. Billing and Renewal Terms

The Digital Care period is from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month.

Mid-month Digital Care are valid only until month-end.

Renewals must be completed before dispatching any hard drive.
3. Inclusions

Recovery of data from drives (Windows OS only, SATA/SSD up to 1TB)
-
Turn-Around-Time (TAT): 4 to 15 working days.

Communication strictly via email.
4. Exclusions
-
Devices previously diagnosed/attempted by others
-
Encrypted/password-protected/ransomware drives
-
Spares/parts needed for recovery
-
On-site or express services
5. Delivery and Logistics

Subscriber is responsible for pick-up and delivery of hard drives.

Devices will not be returned after successful recovery.
6. Warranty Disclaimer

Recovery attempts may void manufacturer warranties.

Reliable Smart Service is not liable for any physical damage caused in recovery.
7. Limitation of Liability

Only data that is successfully recoverable will be delivered.

The Service Provider is not responsible for data that is lost, partially recovered, or corrupted.
8. Communication and Support
-
No phone, text, or WhatsApp support.

All queries are responded to via official email during working hours (Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
9. Governing Law
-
This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of India.
10. Declaration
The Subscriber confirms having read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement prior to enrolling in the Digital Care plan.
